Libraries on network drives

Jellyfin can't see new files arrive on a network drive or share, so new episodes wait for its next library scan (every 12 hours by default). For libraries on a network drive, Reelhost has Jellyfin scan every hour instead. A scan only reads what changed. Jellyfin needs to reach the drive in the first place: see Network drives.
