For the people you choose: Continue watching, Next up, Recently added, Live TV (if you have any), then your libraries. Movies come before TV, and home videos and photos stay out of Recently added.

The order of sections is for Jellyfin's web app and the apps built on it. Other apps (Swiftfin, Infuse, the TV apps) keep their own layout; the library order and Recently added apply everywhere.
