Delete your account

In your account, open Account, type your email under Delete my account, and click Delete my account. This can't be undone.

• If a yearly plan is still set to renew, cancel it in Billing first.
• Your license keys stop working, on every computer. Fixes Reelhost already applied keep working, but there are no more updates or new fixes.
• Your address, if you claimed one, is released and goes off the internet right away.
• We remove your email from everything we keep. Your support requests and ideas stay, without your name; your votes are removed.
• We keep the record of the sale (date, plan, amount, order number) for our accounts, without your email.
