Billing, invoices and cancelling

Creem handles payments as the merchant of record, so the charge shows as CREEM.IO* STORE on your statement and the receipt comes from Creem. In your account, open Billing and click Manage billing to change your card, see receipts or cancel, on Creem's page. (Bought before October 2026 through Paddle? The same button opens Paddle's page.)

• Billing shows "Renews on" or "Ends on … (won't renew)" for a yearly plan. A cancelled plan keeps working to its end date.
• From Core to Complete: upgrade from your account and pay only the difference.
• From Yearly to Complete: buy Complete, then ask us in Support and we'll cancel the yearly plan.
