Web port
- What it means
- Emby and Jellyfin both want port 8096, so each device reaches one or the other depending on how it connects. It also flags any other program using Jellyfin's port.
- What the fix changes
- Moves Jellyfin to the next free port from 8097 (skipping Emby's), and its secure port with it (8097 and 8921, for example). Emby keeps 8096. Apps that used Jellyfin on 8096 need the new address, which Connect devices shows.
- How to undo
- Restore the backup. Jellyfin goes back to 8096, where it can't start while Emby is running.
On a Mac all ten checks appear, done the macOS way, and Network drives is called Start at login. In Docker, Firewall, Sleep settings and Network drives don't apply in a container, so they're hidden, and Antenna TV is set up on its own screen. More about Docker.
