The Mac asks for your password
Reelhost runs as you, not as an administrator. Changing the macOS firewall or the sleep settings needs an administrator, so when you apply a fix that changes them, your Mac shows its own password prompt, saying what the change is.
- Type the name and password you use to log in to this Mac. The prompt belongs to macOS: Reelhost never sees or keeps the password.
- If you cancel, that change isn't made, and Reelhost says so: "You cancelled the password prompt, so this wasn't changed." Apply it again when you're ready.
- Not an administrator on this Mac? Someone who is can type their name and password in the prompt.
- Fixes to Jellyfin's own settings don't ask.
